Sponsored buyouts/recapitalizations
Invest mezzanine and/or equity capital in companies with enterprise values typically between $25 million to $250 million in conjunction with other private equity firms
Non-sponsored buyouts/recapitalizations
Invest equity and/or mezzanine capital in partnership with business owners and management teams
Growth Equity
Invest equity capital to facilitate organic growth or fund the acquisition of related businesses for later-stage companies – we typically do not invest in start-up or early stage venture capital opportunities
